Old Wives Tail's beautiful organic treatment has a very thick consistency so a little goes a long way, and it's perfect for applying on ends/ split ends and the scalp as this is where we're prone to dryness and breakages. The heavy oil-based consistency also makes it a little tricky to wash out, so I like to shampoo twice to really wash out the oily residue.. and then abracadabra, hello sexy locks that shine brighter than the Chrysler building!
At first I thought it was a five minute leave-in-conditioner but after reading the directions, I was shocked to see it was a whole HOUR- now that's a pamper session and a half girls! Once a week, simply massage it on parts of your hair that need a little more life and extra TLC, leave for an hour and wash out with fresh water, shampoo- and I like to apply a bit of argan oil on the ends of my hair for an extra kick of shine!
The extra thickness 'va va vooom' that the treatment gave my hair- aided with a little ruffle through with fingertips, kind of reminded me of the beautiful Pixie Lott's straight but choppy and untamed style which I just love love love!
